Refresh & Revitalize Incubator™
It’s time to get stuff done!
Does this sound familiar?
You’re convinced that the next level in your business is just one step away if you put more effort into your business and set aside time to learn more from other business and industry experts.
You go away to a summit, conference, or mastermind experience to receive the knowledge you believe is lacking in your business. You meet some great people, learn a lot, and enjoy those blissful moments from taking a mini-vacation from your business.
You come home satisfied with what you’ve learned but have no plans on how you’re going to implement the new information into your business. Or, you’re excited (and overwhelmed) by all of the things you learned, and you don’t know where to start to begin putting those ideas into action.
Oh, and those great people that you met, you may connect and follow some of them on your favorite social media platform, but you don’t conduct any further follow-up or outreach. You only have the great memories of the conversations you had to keep you inspired.
Yet, a few weeks go by and you’re feeling frustrated that the progress you’ve made in your business is stagnant, all the while, the important aspects of your business get pushed to the back burner to confront your day-to-day fires.
You don’t need more strategy, expertise, and knowledge to grow your business.
You need the time, space, and accountability to execute your business goals.
Refresh & Revitalize Incubator™ is an all-inclusive, operations and strategic planning retreat for women entrepreneurs and small business owners.
As founders and business owners, we often prioritize the urgent over the important. We forget to take a step back from the day-to-day to refresh our thinking and gain clarity about our next steps, so we can refocus on what’s important to revitalize ourselves and our businesses.
This incubator is a bespoke experience focused on supporting women entrepreneurs in the following ways to gain momentum in their businesses.
- Tackle and achieve intentional business goals in a non-distracting environment.
- Receive custom accountability and operations guidance to bust through implementation roadblocks.
- Be paired with subject matter experts to provide actionable insight to take strategic next steps.
- Associate and lean on the experiences of like-minded women business owners to grow your strategic network.

Frequently Asked Questions
A discovery call is the time for you to determine whether this service and our four-phased process are the right fit for you and your business. You will share your goals and what support you’re looking for to improve your networking and business development strategy. I will answer any questions you have about our process and how it will fit into your goals.
I work with a wide range of sizes and types of businesses. Most of them are women (I also work with men) who offer professional services and are solopreneurs, microentrepreneurs, and small business owners who work with B2B service-based companies. We have worked with consultants, coaches, virtual assistants, attorneys, and travel agencies to name a few examples. Most of my clients have teams of less than 30 employees and/or independent contractors. Most of my clients provide a range of service offerings in the form of VIP Days, packages, retainers, workshops/speaking engagements, and 1:1 coaching programs.
This service may not be a good fit for you if you primarily sell physical products, digital products, digital memberships/subscriptions, courses, and/or group coaching programs. Additionally, if you primarily serve a business-to-consumer (B2C) audience, this service may not be a good fit for you.
My engagements are set up for a myriad of ways for us to work together. Our pricing reflects the custom nature of our consulting approach.
Our engagements run from 3 to 36 months. Our typical client engagement is 18 months.
Networking and relationship management is a long-term marketing, sales, and business development strategy.
Our engagements are structured for our clients to see the value and impact of this strategy over time.
Yes! I work with sales and business development teams through virtual or in-person workshops and/or projects. We customize our workshops and projects using our proprietary frameworks and a needs assessment of the team. Schedule a discovery call to learn more.
